About

A quantitative mind for business problems.

Quant Architect Consulting was founded on a simple belief: the best business decisions come from combining sound quantitative analysis with clear, practical judgement.

Who we are

Quant Architect Consulting Ltd is an independent advisory firm registered in Malta and working with growing businesses internationally. We help owners and leadership teams make consequential decisions — on e-commerce, marketing, and operations — with the confidence that comes from having done the analysis properly.

How we think

Many decisions are made on instinct dressed up as analysis. We do the opposite: we start from the data, model the trade-offs explicitly, and pressure-test the assumptions until the recommendation stands on its own. Then we explain it in language a board can act on.

What guides us

  • Rigour. If a number matters to the decision, we get it right.
  • Independence. Our advice is ours — candid, and free of any agenda but yours.
  • Clarity. Sophisticated analysis, communicated simply.
  • Focus. We take on work where we can genuinely add value, and say so when we can't.

Founder

Custodio Fernandes

Custodio founded Quant Architect Consulting to bring an operator's perspective to business advisory — the kind that comes from having built and run companies, not just studied them.

Over 25+ years he has founded and grown businesses across e-commerce, digital marketing and hospitality. He is co-founder of Liofood, Lda, the company behind Diaita Smart Foods — a direct-to-consumer online snack brand (formerly The Rotten Fruit Box). Earlier he spent more than a decade as an SEO and Google Ads consultant helping businesses grow online, and began his entrepreneurial career founding one of the most popular bars in Viseu, Portugal.

His background in mathematics, statistics and analytics (University of Connecticut) underpins the firm's approach: the best commercial decisions come from combining sound data with practical judgement.
