This website is operated by Quant Architect Consulting Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a private limited liability company registered in Malta (company registration number C115808), with registered office at 168, St Christopher Street, Valletta VLT 1467, Malta. We act as the data controller for personal data collected through this site. You can contact us at hello@quant-architect.com.
This is a simple informational website. We only collect personal data that you choose to send us through our contact form — namely your name, email address, company name (optional) and the content of your message. We do not run advertising, profiling or analytics tracking on this site.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about the services you have asked about. Our legal basis under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
To operate the site and its contact form we rely on a small number of processors: our website is hosted by Cloudflare, contact-form submissions are processed and delivered to us by Formspree, and web fonts are served by Google Fonts (which may process your IP address to deliver the font files). These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers for the limited purpose described.
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, after which it is deleted.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@quant-architect.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Maltese supervisory authority, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).
This website does not set its own advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Our hosting and form providers may set strictly necessary cookies required to serve the pages securely and to protect the contact form from abuse; these are essential to the basic operation of the site. Because we do not use non-essential or tracking cookies, no cookie-consent banner is required. You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings without affecting your ability to read the site.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
